I lived in London in my twenties and, last year, I spent about eight months working on a contract in Queen Anne's Gate (a lovely old Georgian street) in Westminster. Because of the Diamond Jubilee and the Olympics, London was a great place to be and I was able to walk through Green Park and St James's Park on my way to the office - I felt very lucky!kerry at life wranglerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10389576735529338791noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1585576367974546793.post-10292102987202545882013-01-24T17:45:09.075+00:002013-01-24T17:45:09.075+00:00HI Kerry

I really like how your transformed this cabinet. It's truly beautiful. I see you live in the UK, whereabout? We took a trip to London last spring, and can't wait to go back and see more of England. Now following you and look forward to seeing more of your work.

Doreen
altered-artworks.blogspot.comDoreenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11714898440122482388noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1585576367974546793.post-24540283573432112992012-11-15T10:19:29.934+00:002012-11-15T10:19:29.934+00:00Thanks so much! I've fallen in love with crackle all over again as I just love things that look old and historic - I want to make believe that I've rescued them from an old French barn!kerry at life wranglerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10389576735529338791noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1585576367974546793.post-33277842721952000542012-11-15T10:16:55.690+00:002012-11-15T10:16:55.690+00:00well Lindsay, I'm not even going to tell you a...well Lindsay, I'm not even going to tell you about the lovely fabrics she sources for me!!!kerry at life wranglerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10389576735529338791noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1585576367974546793.post-37612007661039082042012-11-15T05:53:12.175+00:002012-11-15T05:53:12.175+00:00Love that style cupboard so much. I'm not crazy about crackle, never have been since it's inception years ago, just a personal preference. I know many people do love the crackle look. I love vintage softer paint looks. What can I say. Otherwise love the cupboard and how you refurbished it.
